Discuss Your MVT Service Needs

Field services address transformer components, seals, and auxiliary systems within the agreed equipment-specific scope:

• High-voltage (HV) bushing replacement
• Low-voltage (LV) bushing replacement, including the throat shroud seal
• Gasket and seal replacement
• Instrumentation replacement: temperature sensors, gauges, oil level indicators, and pressure relief devices
• Bayonet fuse holders and load break switch components
• Control wiring, terminal blocks, and auxiliary wiring

Support for transformer oil condition, containment, and tank integrity includes:

• Oil sampling for dissolved gas analysis (DGA), with analysis performed by an accredited third-party laboratory
• Oil drain, transfer, storage, and refill
• Oil filtration and dehydration
• Vacuum leak testing and vacuum filling
• Nitrogen headspace restoration
• Internal tank inspection through the manhole with oil drained
• Spill containment, waste oil handling, and disposal

Our field capabilities include inspection and electrical checks to support assessment of transformer condition and completed repairs:

• Post-repair testing: transformer turns ratio (TTR), winding resistance, and insulation resistance
• Infrared (IR) thermographic inspection
• Torque verification to OEM specifications

You do not need an existing Renewance BESS or PV engagement to request MVT service. We welcome standalone transformer inquiries as well as requests from customers who want to coordinate transformer work with their existing Renewance services.
